from the date of delivery — worldwide Shop with confidence. 60 days to decide.RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Items must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original, unworn, undamaged condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Custom, personalized, or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Contact us at services@veilhinge.com with the following:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
- Clear photos and a short video of the item if there is a defect or damage
Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Returns sent without an RA# will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING & COSTS
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
- Please contact us before shipping your return — we will provide the return address based on your location.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time.
Once your refund is processed, you’re welcome to explore our latest collection — new pieces arrive regularly.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at services@veilhinge.com with clear photos and a short video of the item and its original packaging. We will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund at no cost to you.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company — processing times vary by institution. If you’ve done both and still have not received your refund, reach out to us at services@veilhinge.com.
