How do I find my ring size?
Most VEILHINGE rings are made in fixed US sizes. Select open-band designs allow limited adjustment, as noted on the product page. Use our Ring Size Guide before ordering to find the most comfortable fit.
What materials are VEILHINGE jewelry made from?
Many VEILHINGE pieces are made from 316L stainless steel. Our Coin Art designs use silver-plated, copper-based replica coins, while select pieces feature natural stones such as moonstone. Materials vary by design, so please check the individual product page for exact details.
Is VEILHINGE stainless steel jewelry hypoallergenic and tarnish-resistant?
Yes. Our 316L stainless steel is hypoallergenic, waterproof, sweat-resistant, and highly resistant to rust and tarnishing, making it suitable for everyday wear. Other materials and finishes may require different care, so check the individual product specifications and our Jewelry Care Guide.
Do you offer custom engraving?
Custom engraving is available on select designs. Availability will be noted on the product page, or you can contact services@veilhinge.com before ordering. Customized items are final sale.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Care depends on the material. VEILHINGE 316L stainless steel is waterproof, sweat-resistant, and suitable for everyday water exposure. Coin Art, natural stone, plated, and mixed-material designs may require additional care. See our Jewelry Care Guide for material-specific instructions.
Shipping and Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, standard shipping usually takes 7–15 business days within the United States and 10–20 business days for international destinations.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and a link to follow its progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. VEILHINGE ships to most countries worldwide. Available destinations and shipping options will be shown at checkout.

Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned with their original packaging. Regular sale items remain eligible for return. Only items clearly marked Clearance or Final Sale, along with customized or engraved items, are not returnable.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email services@veilhinge.com with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange. We’ll reply with the appropriate return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Please contact us before returning an item if there is a problem with your order.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact services@veilhinge.com as soon as possible. If processing has not been completed, we’ll do our best to help, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
