- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original, unworn, undamaged condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Custom, personalized, or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
- Clear photos and a short video of the item if there is a defect or damage
Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Returns sent without an RA# will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING & COSTS
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
- Please contact us before shipping your return — we will provide the return address based on your location.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

The heart does not lie. Neither do the nails.
The anatomical heart has been a symbol of truth and vulnerability since the earliest medical illustrations of the Renaissance — the organ stripped of metaphor, shown as it actually is: muscular, asymmetrical, imperfect. This pendant takes that form and drives nails through it. Not as violence, but as a statement about what it means to feel deeply in a world that rewards numbness. The nails do not destroy the heart. They hold it in place.
Each pendant is individually hand-finished — the heart form and nail detail worked by hand to preserve the tension between the organic shape and the hard geometry of the nails. The antique silver finish is applied to build shadow into every recess, making the anatomy read clearly at any angle.

The Symbolism
