- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original, unworn, undamaged condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Custom, personalized, or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
- Clear photos and a short video of the item if there is a defect or damage
Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Returns sent without an RA# will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING & COSTS
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
- Please contact us before shipping your return — we will provide the return address based on your location.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at services@veilhinge.com with clear photos and a short video of the item and its original packaging. We will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund at no cost to you.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

In ancient Egypt, the cobra was not a symbol of danger — it was the uraeus, worn by pharaohs as a mark of divine protection. In Norse tradition, the serpent Jörmungandr encircled the world not to destroy it but to hold it together. Across cultures and centuries, the coiled snake has carried the same dual meaning: power that protects, and stillness that conceals force. Here, two serpents flank a domed obsidian stone — not decorating the ring, but guarding what sits at its center.
The obsidian is not incidental. Black obsidian has been used as a protective stone across Mesoamerican, Japanese, and Mediterranean cultures — a material associated with clarity, truth, and the removal of what does not belong. Set between coiled serpent bodies, it becomes the eye of something older than the ring itself.
