- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original, unworn, undamaged condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Custom, personalized, or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
- Clear photos and a short video of the item if there is a defect or damage
Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Returns sent without an RA# will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING & COSTS
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
- Please contact us before shipping your return — we will provide the return address based on your location.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at services@veilhinge.com with clear photos and a short video of the item and its original packaging. We will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund at no cost to you.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

The skull has been used as a symbol of duality across cultures for centuries — the face we show and the face beneath it, the self that speaks and the self that watches. This pendant makes that duality literal: a double-sided skull, each face distinct, each angle revealing something the other conceals. Profile and frontal. Seen and unseen. The same form, two different truths.
Each pendant is individually hand-finished — the carving worked to ensure the shadowed recesses hold depth on both sides, the antique silver tone applied to bring out the contrast between edge and hollow. A piece that changes depending on how the light finds it.

Select Veilhinge rings feature an open band design and can be gently adjusted ±1 size from their original shipped size for a comfortable fit. To avoid metal fatigue, we recommend minimal and gradual adjustment — do not bend the band back and forth repeatedly.
