HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
- Clear photos and a short video of the item if there is a defect or damage
Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Returns sent without an RA# will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING & COSTS
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
- Please contact us before shipping your return — we will provide the return address based on your location.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time.

The snake that never ends. The cycle that never stops.
The ouroboros — the serpent consuming its own tail — is one of the oldest symbols in human history. It appears in ancient Egyptian funerary texts from the 14th century BCE, in Gnostic manuscripts as a symbol of eternity, in Norse cosmology as Jörmungandr encircling the world, in alchemical diagrams as the unity of opposites. Across every tradition that has used it, the meaning is consistent: the cycle that has no beginning and no end, the force that destroys and renews simultaneously, the boundary between what is known and what lies beyond it.
This ring does not depict a single serpent. Multiple snake bodies coil and interlock across the band — each one part of the same continuous motion, the same unresolvable loop. The open adjustable band means the ring does not close on itself either. It holds the tension of the symbol without forcing a resolution. The oxidized dark finish builds shadow into every scale, every coil, every point where one body crosses another.

The Symbolism
The ouroboros has never belonged to a single tradition. The Egyptians used it to represent the sun’s daily journey — the light that sets and rises, the cycle that appears to end but does not. The Gnostics used it to represent the material world — the boundary of existence, the limit of what can be known. The Norse used it as Jörmungandr, the world serpent whose release signals the end of one age and the beginning of another. In alchemy, it represented the unity of opposites: creation and destruction as a single continuous process. What all of these traditions share is the same insight — that the serpent consuming itself is not dying. It is demonstrating that endings and beginnings are the same thing, seen from different points in the loop.
