Thank you for shopping at Veilhinge. We want you to love every piece of your gothic jewelry, and we stand behind the quality of our designs. This policy outlines our return, exchange, and refund process for all orders.

 

📋 Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges for items that meet the following criteria:

• Items must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be in their original, unworn, undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Custom, personalized, or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

🔄 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at services@veilhinge.com with the following information:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

• The reason for your return or exchange

• Photos of the item (if there is a defect or damage)

Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 business hours with return instructions and a return authorization number (RA#). Returns sent without an RA# will not be accepted.

 

🚚 Return Shipping & Costs

• Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

• For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you, once we receive and process your returned item.

 

✅ Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund to your account.

 

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at services@veilhinge.com with videos of the item and packaging. We will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange at no cost to you.

 

⏰ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at services@veilhinge.com.
