We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date your order is shipped, not the order date.
United States:
• Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
International (All Other Countries):
• Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

💰 Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.
🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout, including your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
📮 Lost or Stolen Packages
Veilhinge is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks the order as delivered. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance.
